We celebrate your achievements and graduation at the 3rd convocation ceremony held by the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria. Many events at this ceremony will be broadcast live so that graduands, family, friends, and the university community who are unable to attend in-person can participate at their various comfort zones.

NOTICE TO ALL GRADUANDS
The following are activities for the 3rd convocation ceremony of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun for the award of first degree, post-graduate diploma, higher degree, and the award of Honorary Degree which will take place from Friday, June 17 to Saturday June, 18, 2022.
Graduands are requested to take note of the followings:
It is mandatory for all graduands to pay for the following irrespective of their attendance at the Convocation Ceremony
1. Academic outfit/scroll or folder (certificate inclusive)
i. First Degree - N15,000.00
ii. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) - N20,000.00
iii. Postgraduate (MSc) - N40,000.00
2. Order of Proceedings - N5,000.00
3. Convocation Fee (Brochure) - N5,000.00
Summary:
1. First Degree - N25,000.00
2. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) - N30,000.00
3. Postgraduate (MSc) - N50,000.00
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GRADUANDS
i. All Graduands are expected to dress in full appropriate wear (full regalia)
ii. Academic outfits (regalia)/materials for all First Degree Graduands will be collected at the College/Departments.
iii. Academic outfits (regalia)/materials for all first Higher Degree Graduands will be collected at the School of Postgraduate Studies.
iv. Graduands must present evidence of payment before they can collect Convocation materials.
v. The collection of Convocation materials commences on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
vi. Academic outfits (regalia) should be returned to their respective collection points not later than Wednesday, June 22, 2022 (this applies to all first and PGD graduands). Academic outfits (regalia) returned after the above set due date will attract a penalty. Loss/damage academic outfit (regalia) will attract replacement.
vii. All Graduands are required to assemble at the Administrative Building by 9:00AM for commencement of the academic procession.
viii. It is compulsory for all Graduands to participate in the academic procession and put on the approved academic regalia.

2. Click on pay TSA/States
a. Select Federal Government of Nigeria
b. A new page will appear, type into the first column (who do you want to pay)
c. Type in Federal University of Pet (the name of the institution will automatically pop up, click on it)
3. Name of service/purpose – click on Convocation Charges 2022 (first Degree, MSc, or PGD) as applicable
4. Next column is Description: Input your details
5. Click SUBMIT – A new page will appear either to pay with an online card of go to a branch bank. Please, select anyone suitable for you copy the 12 digit RRR number and take to bank, fill a teller for payment and it will be lodged into the university’s account automatically.
